Niagara Regional Police say the investigation began on Saturday and involves the alleged trafficking of a woman over the age of 18. Marcel Miller, 31, also known by the aliases “Daddy,” “SD,” and “Smooth Dollaz,” faces several charges including advertising sexual services of a person over 18 and receiving a financial or material benefit from trafficking.
