The Canyon County Prosecuting Attorney charged Baez with malicious injury to property and desecrating a grave.
The Caldwell Police Department (CPD) announced on Monday that Henry Baez was arrested on Aug. 15 on charges of injury to property and desecrating a grave.
According to a news release from CPD, Baez has repeatedly desecrated a grave at Canyon Hill Cemetery. Police said that over the past several weeks, the gravesite in question had been repeatedly disturbed, including mounds of trash being dumped and digging near the headstone.
