Ahead of the release of their new album The Heat Warps (out August 29 via Bella Union), Modern Nature — the chamber-improv ensemble helmed by English singer-songwriter Jack Cooper (the Beep Seals, Mazes, Ultimate Painting) — have expanded their North American tour itinerary eastward, with a pair of Canadian gigs to come next January in Montreal and Toronto.
After making their way around the West Coast of the US in December, the band will hit the road again starting January 13 in Boston, MA. From there, they’ll make their way to Canada to play Montreal’s Casa Del Popolo (January 14) and Toronto’s Monarch Tavern (January 15). The remaining dates will be completed stateside, wrapping up on January 24 in Brooklyn, NY.
