About the role
Quality Classrooms is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Specialist to bring campaigns to life across social media, email, and digital channels. This role blends strong copywriting with visual design and basic video editing, supporting end‑to‑end campaign execution while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Team Lead, Design & Creative, Digital & Website, and Product & Merchandising teams to deliver clear, engaging, and on‑brand marketing content.
What you’ll do
- Create and execute campaign content across social media, email, and promotional channels
- Write clear, on‑brand copy (headlines, captions, calls‑to‑action, promotional messaging)
- Design campaign assets, including social posts, email graphics, and digital ads
- Edit images and videos to support campaigns, products, and seasonal initiatives
- Own social media planning, content creation, scheduling, and posting
- Fully manage email marketing execution (content, design, scheduling)
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure cohesive campaign storytelling
- Follow workflows, timelines, and approval processes; flag risks early
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of experience in marketing content, campaigns, or social media
- Strong copywriting skills and visual design judgment
- Experience creating content for social media and email marketing
- Proficiency in image editing and basic video editing
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and collaboration skills
Nice to have: post‑secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field; familiarity with digital ad formats (Google, Meta).

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
